Privacy Policy

Plain-English, like everything else here: what we collect through this site, why, and what we do with it.

Information you give us

When you submit the strategy-call form, you share the details you type into it: your name, work email, company or website, industry, goals, budget range, and anything you write in the free-text fields. We use that information for one purpose — to prepare for and conduct the conversation you requested. We do not sell it, rent it, or add it to third-party marketing lists.

Information collected automatically

Like nearly every website, this site is served through hosting infrastructure (Vercel) that produces standard server logs — IP addresses, request times, pages requested — used for security and operation of the service. If we add analytics tooling to this site, this policy will be updated to name it and describe what it collects.

How long we keep it

Inquiry details are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any engagement that follows from it. You can ask us to delete your inquiry information at any time using the contact form, and we will.

Your rights

California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information a business holds about them, to request its deletion, and to opt out of its sale. We don’t sell personal information, and we honor access and deletion requests regardless of where you live. To exercise any of these rights, reach us through the contact form on this site.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page. This policy applies to https://eliteseoagencylosangeles.com.
