Our process

A method you can hold us to

Four phases, no mystery. Each one produces something you can read, question, and verify — because a process you can't interrogate isn't a process, it's a subscription.

  1. 01

    The foundation

    Discovery & audit

Every engagement starts by understanding what's actually true: your market, your competitors, your site's technical state, your content's coverage, your authority profile, and — for local businesses — your presence signals. We audit all of it before proposing anything, because a strategy built on assumptions is a guess with a budget.

You see the findings in plain English, prioritized by impact, with every item assigned an owner: your developers, your team, or us.

  2. 02

    The plan you can interrogate

    Strategy

From the audit we build the keyword and intent map — which searches you should win, in what order, and what each one requires. The strategy names the levers it pulls (technical, on-page, content, links, local) and why those levers for your situation. Nothing in it is boilerplate, and all of it is explained until you could defend it to your own leadership.

This is also where we set honest expectations: what should move in the first months, what takes longer, and which targets are long campaigns rather than quick wins.

  3. 03

    Where the compounding starts

    Execution

The work itself, run in parallel lanes: technical fixes implemented and verified; on-page optimization rolled out page by page; content produced from briefs grounded in your real expertise; authority built through outreach and digital PR; local presence managed week over week.

Execution is sequenced by impact, not by what's easiest to invoice. You always know what shipped this month and what's queued next.

  4. 04

    Verifiable, then repeatable

    Reporting & iteration

Monthly reporting built on data you can check yourself: Search Console queries and positions, indexation health, traffic and conversions in your analytics. Leading indicators first (impressions, coverage, rankings on tracked terms), business outcomes as they arrive.

Then the loop closes: what the data says, what we're doubling down on, what we're cutting. SEO is iterative by nature — the agencies that pretend otherwise are reporting, not steering.

How long does all this take?

Honestly: it depends on your starting point and your competition, and meaningful results are measured in months, not weeks. We wrote a full, no-spin answer in How Long Does SEO Take? — including what you should see while you wait, and what it means if you don’t.
